Swirlypod Shells[1] are the pink, spiral shells of Swirlypods in Super Mario Bros. Wonder. Most means of attack eject a Swirlypod from its shell. Any Swirlypod may reclaim an empty Swirlypod Shell. The player character can grab and kick these shells and use them like any other shell.
The big shells of Hefty Swirlypods can break Hard Blocks and push Oseru Dokan. Only the Elephant form can carry the shells of Hefty Swirlypods.
